Something about myself
Hi, I'm 38 and a father of a beautiful 4 year old boy. My main pastime is gardening. I love growing veggiesduring the warm months so that we have plenty ofpretty fresh food to eat that we know is natural. I have turned the majority of our lawn area over to a veggie patch and grow cabbages, potatoes, beans, peas and carrots and also have some blackberry and raspberry bushes, some young apple trees and loads of strawberries.
When I'm not outside in the garden I am a fully trained tunes teacher. I'm at home with my son at the moment but do private audio lessons from home in the evenings for all levels of piano and violin. I particularly like teaching young people as they make so much progress in such a short period of time that it is really rewarding.
Our house is a pretty country cottage a short walk from a little village. We (myself and wife) love walking in the countryside and looking at all the different wildlife in our area. We also like seeing what apples, blackberries and plums we can find in the lanes close to our house.
When I get some time to myself I like generating cards and also painting. I do card generating for all my relatives and close friends so they have a personal message and image at Christmas and their birthdays. I also paint watercolours as provides or to decorate my home. I would love to do a displaying of paintings but would have to develop a lot more first.
I have a very busy home life, and don't think I would be able to fit in a full time job, but actually enjoy having a full life and go to bed every evening feeling so fortunate that I have such a lovely house and household.
